Global Ageing Conference 2023 – Media Pass

Terms & Conditions:

1. Media Pass Access: Your media pass provides access to the International Social Care Workforce Summit – 6 September, and both Global Ageing Conference days – 7 & 8 September. During the Global Ageing Conference, you will have access to all plenary sessions and breakout sessions.
2. Filming and Photography: Journalists may film and photograph the event solely for news purposes. Commercial use of images and footage is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the event organisers.
3. Consent and Privacy: Journalists must obtain consent from individuals before interviewing, photographing, or filming them. Participants who haven’t consented to photographs will be identified with a different badge or sticker – please refrain from capturing images or footage of them.
4. Confidentiality: Media representatives must not disclose any confidential information about the event or its participants.
5. Media Areas: Designated media areas are provided for conducting interviews. Please respect these areas to avoid disrupting event activities.
6. Social Media: Journalists are encouraged to share event highlights on social media using the official hashtag #GAN2023.
7. Liability: Journalists are responsible for their own equipment and belongings. The event organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to journalist equipment during the event.
8. Agreement: By submitting this form and attending the conference, journalists agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The event organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and to deny or revoke media passes at any time.
