This event will be hosted in Glasgow, Scotland at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) on 7 – 8 September 2023. The conference theme is ‘Care about Our Future: Global Symposium for Sustainable Care and Support’ and the event is hosted in partnership with Scottish Care and the National Care Forum – leading care and support provider associations in Scotland and England.

Standard Member Rate – £250+VAT
Standard Non-Member Ticket Rate – £300+VAT

Delegate booking terms & conditions
All registration fees are in British Pounds (GBP). Payment at time of booking is a pre-condition of attending this event.
During the registration process, you will be able to confirm each of your workshop and/or panel sessions (2 workshop sessions per day) for each day of the conference – please note that some sessions have now reached capacity, so there is a limited selection of sessions available.
Your Two-Day conference registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, your selected workshop and/or panel sessions and catering during the main conference event. Please note that catering is provided only during conference hours, and that dinner is not included on either evening. Conference registration fees also include attendance at the Welcome Civic Reception to be held at the Glasgow Science Centre on the evening of the first day of the conference (Sept 7). In addition, fees include full access to the exhibition halls and exhibitor speaker sessions during the two days of the conference. Conference fees do not include attendance at the Day Zero Workshop, dinner on either 7 and 8 September, or the end of conference Ceilidh event. These tickets may be purchased separately. If you are travelling internationally to the conference, please review all your visa requirements to enter the UK ahead of time. All delegates are required to make their own travel arrangements.
Onsite conference registration hours are as follows:
Thursday Sept 7: 8am – 6pm
Friday Sept 8: 8am – 10am.
Refund Cancellation Policy:
In the event of delegate cancellation, a full refund will be given to cancellations before August 10th 2023 less an administration fee of £25+VAT GBP. NO REFUNDS are available after August 10th 2023. No-shows will not receive any refund. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. For questions regarding registration, please contact [email protected]
WARNING: Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to book their hotel rooms for this event. There are no arrangements with third party organisations to undertake this task however the GAN Conference hosts will offer a list of local hotels provided by the Glasgow Convention Bureau that will be available to all delegates. All delegates are required to book their own accommodation.
