Social Care International Workforce Summit – 6 September

DELEGATE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All registration fees are in British Pounds (GBP). Payment at time of booking is a pre-condition of attending this event.
• Your registration fee for the International Workforce Summit includes access to all sessions during the event hours. Please note that catering is provided only during event hours (12.00-17.00), and that dinner is not included. International Workforce Summit registration fees do not include attendance at Global Ageing Conference event on 7 and 8 September, or the end of conference Ceilidh event. These tickets may be purchased separately.
• A discounted ticket rate of 25% is available for the International Workforce Summit for delegates who have registered for the Global Ageing Conference on 7 and 8 September. Please note that the discounted rate is available only to those who have completed their booking for the Global Ageing Conference, and applies to the named delegate only. Any tickets booked using the discounted rate outwith the terms will be subject to full ticket charges.
• If you are travelling internationally to the conference, please review all your visa requirements to enter the UK ahead of time. All delegates are required to make their own travel arrangements.

Refund Cancellation Policy: In the event of delegate cancellation, a full refund will be given to cancellations before August 10^th 2023 less an administration fee of £25+VAT GBP. NO REFUNDS are available after August 10^th.No-shows will not receive any refund. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. WARNING: Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to book their hotel rooms for this event. There are no arrangements with third party organisations to undertake this task however the GAN Conference hosts will offer a list of local hotels provided by the Glasgow Convention Bureau that will be available to all delegates. All delegates are required to book their own accommodation.
