Exhibitor Booking Terms:
All registration fees are in British Pounds (GBP). Invoice will be issued upon receipt of the booking form and payment terms are 30 days from issue.
For any stand space or sponsorship package not paid 30 days after the invoice has been sent out, the company will not be permitted to exhibit/ sponsor at the conference and the space will be offered to companies on our waiting list.
Refund Cancellation Policy:
In the event of exhibitor or sponsor cancellation, a refund will be given to cancellations prior to August 10th 2023 less a 10% administration fee based on your total agreed package cost. NO REFUNDS are available after August 10th, 2023. No-shows will not receive any refund. A substitute exhibitor pass is welcome at no additional charge.

Event organisers are committed to ensuring the safety of all event attendees, our social care sector and the wider community, and will continue to follow UK Government guidance and health and safety advice in relation to this event.
In the event of cancellation of the events, event organisers may rebook an alternative date, or host a virtual event. Exhibitors/ sponsors will be refunded in full for any payment made for the exhibition stand fee for the original date and contacted to advise of alternative plans. Event organisers do not accept liability for additional event costs outwith the fees for exhibitor stands or sponsorship packages paid.
Companies confirming a booking for the event agree to abide by exhibition protocols. This includes any updated COVID health and safety measures that may be required to be put in place, and these will be advised in advance of the event date.
Companies should advise preferred stand location at the time of booking, and no booking is confirmed prior to the return of a booking form. Exhibitor stand locations and sponsorship packages are not guaranteed at the time of the request, and will be confirmed by a member of the event team, as bookings will be processed in the order received. Locations will be as close as possible to those noted on conference sample floor plans, however these may not be to exact scale. Please note that companies operating in the same business area will not be placed in adjacent stand locations wherever possible, and this may affect available locations at the time of booking.
Exhibitors will have access to set up on the afternoon of Wednesday 6th Sept ahead of the conference dates (7th and 8th Sept). Timings for access to the venue will be confirmed and advised ahead of the event.
Exhibitors must contain displays, equipment etc, within the confines of their allocated space. Exhibitors who disregard this instruction will be asked to remove the items prior to opening of conference.
Exhibitor space is priced at £300+VAT per m2 and fees include the following:
- 1 x Standard Shell Scheme Stand 3 x 2 m2
- Standard system, aluminium metalwork with white foam infill panels, ceiling grid, nameboard with stand name and number, built to a height of 2.5m
- 2 x Spotlights & 1 x Socket per Shell Scheme Stand
- 2 x Exhibitor pass per stand (does not give access to delegate sessions)
- Logo on event landing page with weblink
- Social media promotion
- Company profile, logo, and contact information in delegate brochure
- 2 x places at the Drinks Reception on the evening 7 September at the Glasgow Science Centre
- Catering for 2 exhibitor attendees for the 2 days at the conference venue (dinner not included)

Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased at £125+VAT per ticket. Entry to the conference programme requires additional delegate tickets to be purchased at £300+VAT per ticket. It is essential to make arrangements and payment for any additional passes in advance, as access will not be granted to anyone without an event pass on event days
